Osteopathy

Osteopathy is for everyone and helps people for a wide a wide range of conditions affecting the muscles, joints and nerves.

Medical acupuncture

Western medical acupuncture is carried out with the insertion of fine needles to relieve pain and discomfort for a wide range of musculo-skeletal conditions. It can be used alongside osteopathic treatment if that suits the patient’s needs

Sports Massage Therapy

Ashley provides Sports massage to relax tight muscles, increase flexibility and improve circulation

Swedish Massage Therapy

Beth provides Swedish massage which is a gentler than deep tissue massage. It is great for relaxation and tension relief.

Shockwave therapy

We will take your medical case history, assess your movement and conduct tests to make a diagnosis. We will then provide shockwave therapy if we feel it is appropriate, and give you advice and exercises to help you manage things moving forwards. If we feel it is appropriate we may also administer hands-on treatment as an adjunct to our package of care.

Gait analysis

We will observe at your gait using Footscan technology which can evaluate every nuance during your gait cycle. We will look at your movement patterns and discuss what action is best to take, whether it be orthotics (Phits 3D printed insoles), manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, advice, or other signposting in the right direction.
